Advert

Hmmmm.........

Ever thought of doing something different at least for a day? rather than sitting down having a drink with friends or chit chatting around bout stuffs you find it ridiculous talking about everyday or even going parties that you have already find it boring????

Here is the cure for dudes who wanna go for something interesting yet amusing and entertaining!

《嘰哩咕嚕 搵食男女》 《THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING VULGAR

This is a cantonese production group in Melbourne University formed by students and every year they gave students/publics/adults great shows such as The Beauty Entrapment in year 2008. The casts are all students and is fully run by students itself no matter in producing, directing, set ups and props making. Every show are taken seriously by them and is something worth to be spend on.

The Importance Of Being Vulgar is a comedy stage play reflecting the community in Hong Kong going through the busy and stressful day. I was told that there will be a part where a professor will be lecturing the right way to use foul languages such as "tiu, lan and kao". How amusing is that. I bet we can even count out how many stage plays actually showed this kinda play.

There are 7 shows in total and 4 of them are totally sold out in merely just three days after the opening. Hundred hours of practising and hard work, days of casting in order to choose the right candidate, weeks of preparing props and trying costumes and just few hours for a show, i guarantee you the quality of this play. No one will regret, the only regret will be not paying to watch this stage play. I was sponsored to watch this play but I couldn't make it on the first show hence; i was given a hoodie sweater. (:

So for those in Melbourne or tend to visit Melbourne, why not pay a little by supporting the spirits of this students into bringing out the best stage play for the sake of all of us. Click here for more info or you could contact Kitty Lim, the associate producer for ticketings/enquiries through squeenkit@hotmail.com
